How do I transfer presets from one machine to another

I've created several preset menu layouts and themes in Form Builder, how can I copy or transfer them to my other development machine? I don't really want to have to manually recreate them all again?

Update: I found the answer in another forum post here: showthread.php?t=9430&highlight=presets

In Dreamweaver, go to:

Then once open, you can select the extension you wish to export for... then just highlight the items you want to export and click export.

To import, go to the same place on your other machine and import the Zip files that were created from the Export procedure.

Best regards,
