Customer's address not sent with email

Hi,

I've set up a website with Ecart 5. Everything seems to work fine, but when the seller receives the email confirmation from Paypal, she doesn't get the coordinates... the only thing she has is the email address.

I know that the Paypal tools have a checkbox asking if we need the user's address... Is there an option in Ecart that I miss...?

I do have the checkout page that asks for all the infos, but they don't seem to get passed to Paypal (or, if they are, Paypal doesn't send them with the email).

I need it to send the tickets to the customer (I MAY have unchecked in Ecart checkout wizard the I will provide shipping because the shipping costs are included... is this the reason that the address wouldn't be passed to Paypal??)

yes, the address paypal will use in the emails, is the shipping address. if you selected the option not to include shipping, the shipping part of the checkout form will be left off.

I would delete the checkout pages and re run the checkout wizard. this time leave the option to include shipping checked, but you can leave the rates set at 0, this will include the shipping address portion of the checkout form.

RE

Ok, that's what I did...

I don't know if there's a bug then or if there was something wrong left, but after that when I get the checkout page, if I check the same as billing address checkbox and leave the shipping address empty, it doesn't copy the informations... the next page doesn't get the shipping informations, neither Paypal...

Also, I was never able to make the Paypal button at the top of the checkout page to work. I had to remove it. It always pointed me to the pp_checkout_failure.php page...
