Settings menu option is missing from my admin area

I've looked at the menu.php file, and the settings menu option is listed, but it is not visible in my store's admin menu. Has this happened before to anyone and how do I fix it?

It looks like the default menu size was too large to fit within the space. Now it looks like it's fine after I shrunk the font size. Never mind :)
