PS3 Payment Processing Issues

I get the following error message when trying to checkout using authorize.net option:

"Transaction Not Completed
We're sorry
Your transaction could not be completed. Either your credit card information or billing address has problems and cannot be processed

Please return to checkout and try again."

All Authorize.net settings are correct in the admin payments section, is there something else I need to set up somewhere?

to find out why the transactrion is failing, add the following code to the falure page after the <body> tag:

this will write the full request and full response from the gateway to the page for debugging.

where there is nothing coming back for the request and response, this means that the gateway is refusing the credentials.


In the PS Admin when entering the Login and transaction key, make sure there are no surrounding spaces.

Thanks Jason,

I still have the same problem. I have double checked the login and the trasaction key API for authorize.net and everything is correct and without any spaces before or after.

I ran another transaction after and still received the same error:
