ERROR: Failed to save the settings in the database

ERROR: Failed to save the settings in the database

When setting up the CMS with the Site Sculptor Content Management Install Wizard, I receive the following error on step 3 of 4.

ERROR: Failed to save the settings in the database. Please verify your database connection.

I am able to create new tables in the database through its admin console, but the Site Sculptor CMS setup wizard is not able to edit the table. I even tried using the database admin user name and password, but it would not work.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Marc
