Site Sculptor Content Management Install Wizard

I am trying to go trough the install wizard but I am at a loss as to what to put in the "database" field. I went to the control panel and made a new database and used that but it doesn't seem to work so I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong. Thank you for any help you can give.

Issue clarification

I'm working my way through the Site Sculptor Content Management Install Wizard, and I'm at a loss as what to put in the fields for step 2. I watched the video tutorial, and my admin page looks different than the one in the video. I have no way of knowing what info I entered incorrectly.

I know this is a very basic step, but I seem to be stuck on it and I can't get past it.

Please help.

Are you installing locally or remotely?

step 2 is asking for 4 pieces of information:

The MySQL Server address: if you are not sure of this, contact the host.

The MySQL Server Username, usually, you create this before you can create the database, if you are unsure, contact the host, they should be able to help.

the MySQL server Password, same with the username, the host should be able to help if you are unsure.

The Database name. this is the name of the database you created.

My guess is that you are entering the correct database name but one of the other three values is incorrect.

Thank you for your response. Does the color or the field indicate which one is wrong? They are all red except for the database field which is grey. I've tried everything under the sun in those fields and even had someone else try to help me with it with no luck. I will try again with the information you have given me.

No, it wont tell you which is wrong.

If you are not sure of what information to use, contact the host.
