Universal Email - Upload Image

Universal Email - Upload Image

I am using the upload email function to upload an image to the server, using the change name and convert to jpg. I am trying to capture the "new name" (servername)that it is converted to and insert that into a database insert function.

Is there a way to call the new name from the server and be able to place it into the db?

From the Bindings Panel, you should select Server File Name. That should have the new name.

Server Binding

Should this be bound to a hidden form? If so, would you use create a new Server Variable from bindings, or would you use the bindings in Upload Files > Server File Name?

Also will this work using multiple upload functions on the same page?

Thanks

You will need to use the DataAssist Insert Record behavior and bind the file database column top the Uploaded Files -> Server File Name binding.
