lost client- how use PS4 for new client

I down loaded PS4 a couple weeks ago and went throught the initial install with what I thouht was a solid client. Before I could do anything else the client changed thier mind and when else where. A bummer.

Now I have a new client and need to start over. Should I just dump the PS4 off my test sever and reload it so the install wizard will use my new client info or is ther a better way?

I do not want to get caught in the dilema of the system thinking i'm running my two copies. One in test and one in actual and not letting me move the new client from my test server to the live one.

Delete the old files off any server you aren't using. Then reset your activations from the webassist web site and install on your new server. If your new test site is on the same domain you don't have to bother resetting your activations.

Does "resetting your activations" mean that everything I have from webasist has to have the reenter serial # so I can use it?

They will automatically reactivate the next time you use them using the stored serial, so you shouldn't have to enter them again.
