Universal Email Not Sending Entire Email Body

All is working great on a long form submit order form, but the entire email body is not being sent. out of 800 lines of code, only about 380 lines are being sent. The form submit page is located at order_form_agent.asp

What specifically is missing from the email?

can you send a copy of the wa_universalEmail folder so i can see haw the email was created.

Here is the code where the page stops showing. It shows the 1st <tr>, but not the 2nd <tr>, with another 50 <tr> to follow that do not show in the email as well.

What I mean by code stops working is: it doesn't show in the email. All the code/content for the 1st part of the email shows, but not the last part. It just doesn't show in the email.
