Order information not consistently posting tp database

Thread began 10/18/2010 5:38 pm by eric284736 | Last modified 10/19/2010 10:20 am by Jason Byrnes | 562 views | 1 replies |

Order information not consistently posting tp database

I have Cart 4 setup in .ASP (classic) and on the confirm page I have in this order:

Store Summary in Database(OrdersTable) - trigger: current page submit
Store Summary in Database (visitorsTable) - trigger: any form post
Store Summary in Database(OrderDetails) - trigger: any form post

Now an email recipet is sent correctly and the information posts into the database correctly, except sometimes it does not. It will post to the OrdersDetails and the VisitorsTable, but not the ORderstable itself.

The OrderReferenceID = <%=Session.SessionID%>
and is stored in each table.

Any advice or do you need the page with the code?

What are the specific conditions that cause the information not to post to the orders table?

that is going to be the key question to figuring out what the issue is.

it will also help to have a copy of the page in a zip archive to look at the code.
