BMac: Unable to proceed to step 2 Power Store activation

Initially a blank page displayed at step 2 and after adding
<?php
error_reporting(E_ALL);
ini_set('display_errors','on');
?>
to line 1 of install/2.php
At the top of the page the following was displayed
require_once('webassist/themes/install_open.php'); $WAIncludeContent = new WA_Include(__FILE__); ?>
Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/ /public_html/ / Store/install/2.php:8
After the insert serial number fields and the Go To Next Step Button the following was displayed
2 8
Notice: Undefined variable: WAIncludeContent in //install/webassist/themes/theme_close.php on line 3

Fatal error: Call to a member function Initialize() on a non-object in //install/webassist/themes/theme_close.php on line 3
Any help appreciated< Regards Bill
