International Purchases Failing

We're running a store on the PowerStore 3 platform, and have started to get emails from international customers (specifically Canada) complaining that they're getting an error page:

"Transaction Not Completed: Your transaction could not be completed. Either your credit card information or billing address has problems and cannot be processed Please return to checkout and try again."

I know from experience that this likely has to do with the shipping portion of the application. We're using UPS as the carrier, Pay Pal Pro as the gateway. Any suggestions?

Can you recreate the failure?

To be able to determine why it is failing, you will need to be able to recreate the failure.

Once you can recreate the failure, you can add the following code to the checkout failure page to display the full request and full response from the gateway and shipping provider.

This info can be used to track the cause of the failure.
