International Purchases Failing
We're running a store on the PowerStore 3 platform, and have started to get emails from international customers (specifically Canada) complaining that they're getting an error page:
"Transaction Not Completed: Your transaction could not be completed. Either your credit card information or billing address has problems and cannot be processed Please return to checkout and try again."
I know from experience that this likely has to do with the shipping portion of the application. We're using UPS as the carrier, Pay Pal Pro as the gateway. Any suggestions?
