PS 3 - Encrypted Forgot Password not emailing

Hello there!
I followed the Security Assist "how to" videos for adding encryption to the password fields. I've done that on my PowerStore - everything is working fine EXCEPT for the "Forgot Password" page. No email is sent.

I'm attaching my page. I've meticulously followed the instructions in the video on how to do this. Please help!

Looking at your page, it looks like the Universal Email code is removed from the page, please make sure to not remove the Universal Email code from that page.

I recommend that you replace your current page with the page that is in the Powerstore zip.

Not sure what went wrong. I'll start again from the PowerStore page - but is it as simple as just adding the Universal Email? How does that work with Security Assist's email encrypted password?

I'll restate that I'm trying to get the Forgot Password page to email a new encrypted password that will be inserted into the database and then emailed to the user who requested it.

Hi! I just recopied the Forgot Password from the BASE Power Store site. Changed the Universal Email settings and it is still not working. No emails are being sent. Can you please let me know why? This is the LAST thing that I need to finish to finally get my store working.

Here is the file.

Your page looks correct. But it looks like you applied Universal Email 4 to this page. Make sure you upload the webassist folder which should be created at the root of your site.

Let me know if you are still having an issue.

Hi - It's actually not working though. NOthing is emailed. What could be wrong? And please re-read my questions. I am using the Security assist encryption and the Security assist forgot password emailing function here.
