Captcha passes any content

Hi, I have created a form using form builder, the captcha security fields pass anything that is added in the security boxes.

I have attached a zip file for your perusal.

I did a test with the form you have attached, and the validation for Captcha seems to be working correctly. If i enter the wrong value I'm presented with a validation error, and if I enter the correct value then captcha validation is passing correctly.
