Drop Down Menus Don't Work in IE8

The drop down menus don't work in IE8

Hover over Products menu and the dropdown shows up, but when you move the cursor down to select a submenu the entire menu disappears.

I can not duplicate this problem an any other browser.

Has anyone seen this and fixed it?
