To everyone who does such a great job of figuring out our problems…
I, for one, always check the forums for a potential answer to my problem before posting here for resolution.
Often, the thread will end with the problem being taken off line (a support ticket is opened) and doesn't return.
I would ask that you please, as some of you have done in the past, post back what the resolution was. Doing so would take more time but would also reduce the number of posts you receive.
Even though the answers may not be exactly what I need they often lead me to the path to an answer.
I'm sure others feel the same.
