Multiple <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />'s

Is there a fix to stop this meta tag appearing twice in pages where the content is pulled in by Framework Builder ?

No, there is no fix for this at this time.

Any idea when we might see a fix for this yet ?

The best solution is to not include the meta data in the plugin. Is there a reason why you want to keep it in the source and have it not show on the page?

Hi Ray,

the beauty of this extension is that I can use "standard" dw pages and import them straight into another page and I know I can just remove the meta tag but it would be nice if the framework did it for me just as it removes the body tags etc.

I see. The problem is that I could imagine sometimes people wanting to get the meta informaiton from the plugin... I guess we could add a checkbox option to the UI asking if you want it included or not.

I'll log a feature request to add that into the next release just like we do the title currently.
