insert multiple if checked issue

Once again, I seek the help of the Webassist Gurus. I have a form to create a user and part of the form is a series of dynamically created checkboxes. The check boxes correspond to various venus I want to give the created user access to or not. My plan is to insert the data of only the checked boxes into a table called "venue_user_access". I'm using the insert multiple records behavior and it seems to only work if ALL the check boxes are checked. If only one is checked, then I get the following error:
Column 'venueID' cannot be null

I saw another thread of something similar, but the solution in that thread did not work.

I have attached my code.

Thanks in advance,
Twitch

Sounds good. Was hoping it was an easy "Oh change this piece of code" fix...haha
