Javascript errors (help)

When I start Dreamweaver I am getting the following Javascript error that pops up twice. I have to click both of them off before I can open Dreamweaver. I have attached an image of the error.

What version of DataAssist do you have installed?

Try Deleting the Dreamweaver cache file from the users configuration folder:

can you please provide screen shots of the new errors?

I will need to know what they are to have an idea what is causing them.
