JavaScript error from UE has crippled our DW CS3!!

JavaScript error from UE has crippled our DW CS3!!

I’d used Universal Email 4 several times, but never used one of its built-in templates, preferring to “roll my own.”

I decided to try that today. Bad mistake. Now, every time we try to do anything at all, including opening a page, clicking on anything therein, etc., we now get this pop-up which must be clicked several times (and the number keeps increasing!) before it finally goes away, upon which it starts all over again when we try to do anything else!

The full error message we’re getting is:

  Adobe Dreamweaver CS3

While executing timer, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

In file ""file:///C|Program Files/Adobe Dreamweaver CS3/Configuration/Inspectors/WAUEInsp.html"":
dwopenFocument('file:///{path to local client site root}/webassist/email/templates/Blank.php');MM.WAUETEMPLATE=null;
SyntaxError: missing ) after argument list
