on average, how long to create gallery

OK, I have not had time to try out the latest powergallery, but I need to put together a quick quote. What is a reasonable estimate of how long it should take to add a gallery to a webpage (just an average guess). Also, does anyone have an approximate price range fee for adding a gallery?

the power gallery installation will take only a few minutes, after the gallery is installed, it generally takes about 10 seconds per image to upload the images. it may take less or more depending on the image size.
