Where's the template?

I checked "create template" but I can't find it. Where would it be? There is no .dwt file.

The Create templalte option will only work if the site was created from a template to begin with.
A temp[late cannot be created for a site that does not use a template already.

the template will be created in the same folder as files are imported to.

I'm sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the product information or support we offer.

It would be helpful to us to know how we could have improved your experience.

The help documetation for site import is available online through the Site Import support page:

In the Site Import -> Step 3: Configure File Types the templates option is described:

Templates

Download template: If selected, Site Import will download any Dreamweaver templates that are available.

Recreate template: If selected, Site Import will attempt to recreate a Dreamweaver template file based on the site files using that template.
