Error Changing theme
When I change a theme colour or upload a logo I get a 500 error.
The URL that seems to be failing is
mywebsite.com/webassist/plugins/styler/unload.php
There isnt a directory called webassist in my download of PS4
Any ideas?

That folder gets created by the installer. It actually gets moved from Installer/webassist.
The purpose of installing that folder is to get around folder permisions issues, but it seems to backfire in some cases. My guess is that you have to change the folder permissions from '777' to '755'. This has worked for several users that reported a similar problem.

No, you should be able to use the ISP admin to update the permissions now that the files are installed and should not have to reinstall.

I think it is your ISP that has set up a condition to not run .php pages that are set up with full permissions. I think the problem was the full permissions we set up on the files in the first place. Full permissions might be the problem and not the solution. Like I said, at least one user reported changing from full permissions "777" to permissions "755" fixed it for them.
We can have someone call you, but it is likely that we will have to ask your ISP what permissions will work to allow .php files to run from that directory.
