you should delete all of the files that the checkout wizard created, these may include:
checkout.php
confirm.php
pp_confirm.php
checkout_success.php
pp_checkout_success.php
shipping_failure.php
checkout_failure.php
pp_checkout_failure.php

Thanks, Jason.

How about the files in the following folder: webassist, WA_eCart? There are a lot files associated with this. It's hard to figure out which ones should be deleted?

Where are the following files:

pp_confirm.php
pp_checkout_success.php
shipping_failure.php
pp_checkout_failure.php

I did not find them.

if you can t find they may not have been created.

Not all payment gateways generate the same files, this is way my original reply stated "these may include:"

the files begining "pp_" will only be created is your payment gateway selection included paypal express checkout.

the shipping_failure page would only have been created if you selected to use one of the shipping rate lookup providers.

Thank you.

I have rerun the checkout wizard. Everything seemed OK except the shipping cost.
I used the flat shipping charge of $23.95, but the shipping cost came out as $47.90. I don't know why it doubled.

Hi,

I found there are two lines of code in the file XCart_PHP.php, which are exactly same.

$this->Shipping[] = new WA_eCart_Rule(urldecode("Shipping%20&%20Handling"), true, "WAEC_XCart_ShippingHandling");

$this->Shipping[] = new WA_eCart_Rule(urldecode("Shipping%20&%20Handling"), true, "WAEC_XCart_ShippingHandling");

Should I delet one of them? Will this solve the problem?

Thanks,

Dave

It worked after I delete one of those lines.

dont delete the code manually, no.

edit the eCart object, i think you will see on the shipping tab that are two identical shipping rules. delete one of them there.
