So far I have had much success with optimizing the website below for Google searches. With Bing and Yahoo not much luck.

Q: Is there something I need to do different for these two??

looking at your meta tags, i would say 2 things.

Most important tag by far is page title, get relevant keywords in here.

Keywords and description tags are much less important for ranking, but useful for the description, and in here focus not necessarily on single keywords but key phrases or groups of words, so, for example authors full name is a single keyword

Obviously relevant page content is helpful too.

I can recommend a very good book if you are interested in SEO.

'The Art of SEO' by Enge et al. published by O'Reilly

SEO is effected by more than just placing meta tags on your page. You also need to optimize the page content by using alt tags on your images and using a good <h1> title tag.
