Problem - unable to complete Editor config

Hi there,
Can anyone tell me how I can fix the problem which is occurring with HTML editor - see attached picture. I have deleted the cache file in the configuration folder so that is not the issue

What Version of Dreamweaver are you using?

What OS?

What version of HTML Editor?

Do you have Security Assist installed? If so, what version?

Can you provide some screen shots showing your Dreamweaver site definition settings? Do you have a testing server setup?

Is it a local testing server or remote?

Problem with HTML Editor when trying to use Global File upload settings

What Version of Dreamweaver are you using? CS4

What OS? WINDOWS 7 64 bit

What version of HTML Editor? version 2.02

Do you have Security Assist installed? If so, what version? version 1.19

Can you provide some screen shots showing your Dreamweaver site definition settings? See pics uploaded Do you have a testing server setup? How large is a zip file allowed to be - I can send a 2.7 meg file. I have tried uploading but it fails

Is it a local testing server or remote? - localhost - xammp

the problem occurs when I try using the Global File upload settings. The picture sent with my first post is the result

Day 2 of waiting, being yesterday. I stayed at the office for an extra three hours waiting for you to contact me. So since you asked me last week for the best time to contact me and I responded immediately providing my telephone number and best time, I have now waited a total of 5 hours for you to assist fix my problem. Do continue to wait today living in hope

Please would you get your expert to contact me, as agreed last week, to sort this ticket out and assist fix this problem. I waited for three hours yesterday for the appointment which was made last week to fit in with webassist as I was told the engineer had some crisis. So as you can imagine, I am not at all amused.
