UE 4.01 Not Sending CC

We have a page that sends UE after inserting a client registration.
The email gets sent properly to the user's email address from the record set query.
However, the CC email that be sent to the webmaster never arrives.

In looking at waue_conference_registration_2.php (our file created by UE) I notice that the BCC entry reads

//BCC Entries
$WA_MailObject = WAUE_AddBCC($WA_MailObject,"john.langlois@foggybottomwebdesign.com");

However the variable initialization for this is empty.
$MailBCC = "";

That would seem logical except that the $MailFrom var does have a value, posted their from the UE setup program.

Is there some place that CC and BCC are not being seen and that's why the email is not being sent?

If I hard code a value into $MailCC should it make a difference?

Thanks

the WAUE_AddBCC and WAUE_AddCC functions add the addresses to the $MailBCC and $MailCC variables.

if the mail is not being sent to the cc and bcc addresses, there are two possibility:

1) the smtp server is refusing to relay for that addresses, this may happen if the bcc or cc address are the same as the from address.

2) the email is being trapped in a spam folder.

If the email is not being trapped in a spam folder, check with the host to see if they can examine the smtp servers error logs to see why the email is not being relayed to the cc or bcc addresses.
