Map not displaying locally

I am trying to test map locally using the default API. Is this not possible to do?

yes, it is possible to use Pro Maps for Google locally.


there could be any number of different things going wrong though.

First, is it a static html page? or a dynamic page?

What is the Full URL in your browser"

what do you see if you view source of the page?

please send a copy of the map.html file and a copy of the google_javascript folder in a zip archive.

the issue is that you are testing from the file system, you need to have a local web server installed to test pro maps functionality on your local computer.
