PS4 "PowerStore was unable to activate for some reason"

Installing PS4

I get this message.

"ERROR: PowerStore was unable to activate for some reason. Ensure that all PowerStore files are uploaded to your server correctly and try again. If this problem persists, visit WebAssist Support for assistance"

I have verified the files etc. Is there a problem with putting ps4 files in a subfolder of the main domain? like store ?

Please help.

Thanks,
Max Arwood
