PS4 Free Shipping

Can I now offer free shipping for certain products in PS4? If so how?

How are you doing shipping otherwise? It may require edits with eCart, but it really depends on how you handle shipping in the first place.

Hi Ray,

Customer Pickup

The customer may want to pickup a particular product from one of my many locations across the globe so they don't have to incur shipping charges.

I do this most of the time as well. I rather drive and pickup than to pay for shipping cost.

So if there were an option for Customer Pickup that would not charge shipping this would solve the free shipping issue.

Keep in mind I still want to enable shipping for products but need togive the customer the option for no shipping (No Shipping/Will Call).

You would have to make this change using eCart. It is not a feature supported directly through powerstore. With eCart you could store a session variable to keep track of when someone is doing a pickup and update the shipping charge rules to not be active when that session variable is set.
