You should be able to specify your existing database when running the ps4 installer and it will automatically convert and transfer all of your data from your ps3 site.
Hi,
I installed PS4, but when I type the web address I get this error:
Warning: require_once(../framework/library.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /web/htdocs/www.rasoulinia.eu/home/webassist/themes/theme_open.php on line 19
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../framework/library.php' (include_path='.:/php5/lib/php/') in /web/htdocs/www.rasoulinia.eu/home/webassist/themes/theme_open.php on line 19
what is this? and how can I fix it.
Endrio
What is the url you are viewing when you see that error? Did you get through the entire installation process?
I'll need more information to investigate what might cause that.
This error appears when I type www.rasoulinia.eu, and it should automatically start the installation.
see the pic.
Delete the /webassist/ folder and the /Connections/ folder and try again. Those folders should both be created by the installer.
Thanks Ray
seems work,
I have a question, I have already run a website with my PS3, I would test the same site with PS4 and use the same database and can do this?
If you specify the same database during the ps4 installation where you have ps3 installed it should transfer all of your data.
Hi Ray,
after I have deleted as you suggested the WebAssist folder and connection folder seems to work but when I change the design of the site and save I get this message:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, postmaster@rasoulinia.eu and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
and nothing changes.
Endrio
You need to change the permisssions on the webassist folder from "777" to "755". This appears to be a file permissions error that occurs on some servers.
