payment to paypal using expressiona web 4 issue

hi

I have an issue with the expression web 4 by using webassist for paypal. I have installed successfully. I have insert paypal api information correctly. when i preview my site to test out functionality test. it does not seem to work. the add cart does not show on the view cart. what do i need to do to make to work? anyone can help me out.
