Validation ignored on database insert

My form works, data goes into db, but it is not validating and I cannot see why.

the validation javascript is running into an error because of a badly coded text element;

<input type="text" name="cCity"  id="cName"cCity="30">



should be changed to:

<input type="text" name="cCity"  id="cCity" size="30">
