Using the Show if Utility

Dear,

I have tried to use the "Show Region Utility" but all I get is an empty rectangle with nothing in it, and I cannot seem to be seeing the problem. I have all the extensions just like before installed on my computer, so I don't know where the problem is coming from.

Sincerely
Romeo

This indicates that the rule selected is not being met.

How is the selected rule configured?

you should double check the conditions for the show if.

if the rule is using a session, make sure that session is being set.

you can add the session binding to the page through the bindings panel to display it's value, this can be helpful in troubleshooting the issue.

Blank box rather than controls

A Blank box in show region utility. This normally works fine but for some reason today i keep getting a blank box when i select this feature. Can you please let me know what extension this feature is part of so i can try and re-install.

See attachment.

Thanks
