No scroll bars in IE, FF, Chrome, Safari
I just wanted to save somebody else the hours of grief I have had here. There was a post long ago ending with a woman saying, "Oh never mind I found the problem." and not telling us the solution she found.
Here is the problem. I had no scoll bars in any browsers with a liguid format. After long seraching and trying solutions that weren't found what worked for me. Changed the line (position varies according to your template) in the 'screen.css' file that starts 'overflow: hidden;' to 'overflow: scroll;'. Tried many other solutions to the word overflow. Only this one worked for me.
