Search works in Mozilla + Safari,not in IEx! Help!!

I'm currently using DA2.0.7 and have used the wizard to create search / results pages. However, the search and results works perfectly in Mozilla (Firefox) and Safari yet fail miserably in IE.

The search form (on every page) contains 1 field searchText that is compared to content in 3 database fields to produce results on the search_Results.php page. Using a test string of u217, IE presents ALL fields in the database, Firefox & Safari serve up the required 1 product.

Obviously an IE issue with DA code and sessions? Any advice / assistance gratefully received.

The site concerned is live and can be found at www.arrowexport.co.uk

Look forward to your comments.

this is a limitation of IE with small forms.

When you have a small form, IE will not pass the button value along.

One work around is to add a few hidden fields:
<input type="hidden" name="hidden" value="1" />

another work around is to use the any form post trigger in DataAssist search instead of the button.

Thanks for that - I can't trigger on "any form post" as I use at least one other (eCart) form on each page.

I've added 8 hidden fields to the search form, but still no joy! Anything else I could try?

trigger on the text box. next to the trigger, click the lightning bolt and select the search text field from the dynamic data bindings.
