Ecart5 Checkout/confirm page error?

Hi,

My pages we working fine until I installed some newer WA extentions in DW4.

When clients go to checkout they get a error message
"Unknown column 'OrderAmount' in 'field list'" from the confirm page
I have looked for the cause but to no avail.

Also when clients hit the checkout button on the shopping cart they are required to signin or register to complete the process but it has been brought to my attention that sometime after signing in they are re directed back to signing in and then it isn't accepted.

I'm not a web designer/builder by any means so any assistence would be greatly received.

The problems can be seen tested at

www.jamesdoylephoto.com

by all means register and test (if you register to test please use a name like Webassist or something) so I know your not a real client :-)

Thanks in advance

On the confirm page, there are two server behaviors to store order information in the data base:

eCart Store order Summary and eCart store Order details.

the error is probably happening in the eCart Store Order Summary behavior.

Either the value OrderAmount is trying to be stored in a numeric field, or the store order summary is trying to use a field named order amount that does not exist in the database.

Your host should have a WebSite control panel that will give you access to the MySQL database using PHPMyAdmin. Double check in the orders table for a column named OrderAmount.

I tried registering a test user, and letting the session lime out, then loging in again, I cannot reproduce the issue with the login failing.

is this an issue you can reproduce? we will need to be able to reproduce the problem to be able to determine what is causing it.
