eCart won't insert into Dreamweaver CS4 page

On a SnowLeopard Mac, when I try to "Add" the cart using the graphic or click on the "Add an eCart object" text, I get a weird page from Firefox stating:
- - - - -
Adobe Flash Player has stopped a potentially unsafe operation. The following local application on your computer or network:

/Volumes/THHD/Users/(myname)/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Dreamweaver CS4/en_US/Configuration/Shared/WebAssist/eCart/Help/wf_master.swf

is trying to communicate with this Internet-enabled location: . . . Help/wf_master.htm

To let this application communicate with the Internet, click Settings. You must restart this application after changing your settings.
- - - -
Well, I click "Settings" and nothing happens except Firefox asks me to allow popups. What can I do to get this resolved? Also, /Volumes/THHD/Users/(myname)/Library/Application Support doesn't have an /Adobe/Dreamweaver CS4/ folder. Is there an upgrade to eCart that would address this?

Thanks,

I'd love to try this, but my whole Dreamweaver install is now not working. I tried to uninstall the eCart extension, the computer hung, and after 30 minutes I forced quit. Now, after uninstalling all of CS4 and using CleanupUtility and re-installing Dreamweaver, it still doesn't work. I don't know what to do. I'll probably be returning this webassist software.

Thanks for your info though.
