CSS Sculptor 3.0.2 Dot Release Available

A dot release for CSS Sculptor 3 (for Dreamweaver) is available! Visit the Download Center of our website, click on Eric Meyer's CSS Sculptor and download the mxp from the Extensions section.

It is best practice to uninstall your current version before installing the new version.

This dot release fixed bugs that caused:
- the design to revert back to Cabo Sunset after using the Customize CSS feature
- the preview engine to not function on some Windows system configurations

We also added top navigation to the following presets:
1 Column Elastic, Centered
1 Column Fixed, Centered
1 Column Liquid, Centered
2 Column Elastic, Left Sidebar
2 Column Elastic, Right Sidebar
2 Column Fixed, Left Sidebar
2 Column Fixed, Right Sidebar
2 Column Hybrid, Left Sidebar
2 Column Hybrid, Right Sidebar
2 Column Liquid, Left Sidebar
2 Column Liquid, Right Sidebar
3 Column Elastic
3 Column Fixed
3 Column Hybrid
3 Column Liquid

Extension Package Invalid

I just tried installing the CSS Sculptor update (3.0.2) and got an Extention Package Invalid message. Any fixes?

this happens if the download does not complete.

Double check the size of the downloaded file with what the size listed in the download center.

delete the file you downloaded, then try downloading again.

if you get the option to Download or Open it, make sure you select the Download Option, do not select the open it option.

you may also want to try downloading with a different browser, sometimes the browser will cache the corrupted download, and just re download the corruption.

updated cssculpter 3 not working with CS5

bought the updated cssulpter 3. the graphics look distored. Is very slow. Locks up. And wont keep any changes I make. I am using Dreamweaver CS5. Just removed old cssulpter and installed it again still won't work.

Please Help, more work than help.

delete the Dreamweaveer cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.pdf


If you are still having issue, please provide some more details on the issue.

"Graphics look distorted" in the sculptor UI or in the page that is created?

If in the UI, what is your screen resolution?

If in the page that is created, can you send a link.

CSS Sculpter Problems with Dreamweaver CS5

I have tried deleting the cash file. Then I reinstalled. The UI looks better but still doesnt work. I am able to make a page but it doesnt keep any of the setting I put in. When I am finished I get the basic page you start with. With every click of the mouse to select changes takes about 1 min. to take effect. If I change a size value it takes a minute before I can do anything else.

this has worked in the past. Worked very slow and locked up a lot but it worked. Now it is really slow and after all my changes. It still gives me the basic page I started with.

In the preview of the UI on CSS Sulpter, i never see a preview like before. Nothing has changed with my computer or Dreamweaver CS5. It just stopped working. So I started by deleting cash file in dreamweaver. Re-installing CSS Sculpter. Did this a few times.
