UE file won't upload to server mailformatting_php.php

I have a contacts page which sends and email, and it does work OK, however I get an error when I try do an FTP upload to my server with one file mailformatting_php.php.
I get the error below, however the file does seem to be uploaded. see the error at the bottom.

I also noticed that if I don't make my from and to email fields the same in the UE 4 setup, the email goes to the from address. If they are the same it works correctly. Also if the from address is not a real email, I get an Mail delivery error.

Unless you have made changes to the connection, it really doesn't matter if the connection file fails to upload.

in fact, it is usually a good thing to have the connection folder fail to upload.

For you site to work correctly on the local testing server and the remote server, you need to have different connection information on the version of the connection file that is on your local system (Information to connect to the Local MySQL server), and the remote connection file should have the information to connect to the remote MySQL Server.

Once you make the changes to the version that uploaded remotely, you dont want to over write it with the local copy or the remote site will stop working.

Not all alerts are errors.

Once I change my connection file with remote info and upload it to the server, I purposefully set the permissions on it to read only so that it cannot get over written by the local copy.

When I _dont_ see that alert on uploading to the server, I worry that I forgot to do that and go to check to make sure that database connected pages are still working.

Alerts are just information. it could be bad information or good information.
