third and fourth category subs not ascending

I have applied the 'ORDER BY CategoryName ASC' to lines 65 and 91 in the menu.php file which made the 1st and second child menus appear correctly but my client also has third and fourth child menus in their site and those don't seem to show correctly. They are still not in alphabetical order on those extended menus.

You can see what I mean here: hosting-and-web-design.com/

From the products drop down go to: collectible brands/department 56

You'll see that they are not listed in the right order.

Please help.

Sorry, it seems that the ticket did not get created.

It should be created, please respond to the ticket in your support history page.

Thanks for reposting the ticket.

Ultimately the answer was that there were inconspicuous spaces before a couple of categories from them being copied and pasted poorly. Simply removing the spaces did the trick.

Thanks for the assistance
