Multiple selects

I have a multiple select field of zip codes on my registration page like this:

<select name="zipsCover" size="8" multiple id="zipsCover">

This is populated with about 20 zip codes. When I choose more than one zip code it only saves the first one chosen to the db?

How do I fix this?

couple of thisngs when working with multiple selects;

the select list name must end with [] to create an array of the selections:

<select name="zipsCover[]" size="8" multiple id="zipsCover">

you will need to modify the insert record code to use the php implode function on the zipsCover element.

there will be code similar to:

php:
GetSQLValueString($_POST['zipsCover'], "text")

this will need to be changed to:

php:
GetSQLValueString(implode(", ", $_POST['zipsCover']), "text")

this will convert the array of selections to a comma separated list.
