Intermittent problem adding a new recordset in CS4

This problem occurs only sometimes, but it is certainly an issue.

I have tried deleting the cache file and restarting but this doesn't necessarily work

i have tried disabling some extensions, but no luck so far.

This has only been an issue since CS4

Ray BorduinWebAssist

This appears to be an issue with many of our server behaviors in cs4. We have discovered a fix and we are working to update our products that exhibit this problem.

If you create a support incident, they have a temporary solution that may work for you.

hummmmm..... I keep getting the same intermittent problem. I've had a support request in since the 21st. Seems like the aren't aware that they are supposed to have a temporary fix. Any ideas what it would be? I've tired the cache, no help. I was able to make a completely different site and get it working again but today.......it's back.
