Program is freezing

I just bought Form Builder, seem to have installed it correctly but when I try to create a form in a .php doc in Dreamweaver, The only thing I can do is choose a form (I chose contact), then the color wheel begins spinning (I'm on a Mac and using Dreamweaver CS4) and won't stop. I uninstalled Form Builder, reinstalled it, through out the cache file in the Library but the same thing happens. Any help is appreciated. There doesn't seem to be any support on the phone for new customers. Help is appreciated.

CSS Form Builder is freezing on my machine when I open it every time, no matter which version of Dreamweaver I open it in. CS4 or CS6.

try disabling the preview:

go to WebAssist -> Preferences. in the preview section, select the option to disable the preview.

Ok, that worked. So do I have to leave the preview off, or is there a way to fix it?

if you have data bridge 1.1.7, there is an option to change the preview engine from IE to another engine like web kit.

otherewise, you will need to leave the preview off.

the preview is still available if you click the placeholder

I'm on version 1.1.3. Can I just upgrade Data Bridge? The last time I had an issue, you told me that I needed to install these extensions in a certain order.
I have:
Design Extender 1.1.3
WebAssist Free Tools 1.0.2
Data Bridge 1.1.3
eCart 5.0.7

uninstall data bridge, then install the latest version.

as long as eCart 5 is installed first, the order of the others doesn't matter.
