Can't Edit Images - DW4 Crashes

When I try to edit my images (in Fireworks) from the tab in "manage images", DW4 crashes. I've deleted the wincache file and I still have problems. No matter what I do, editing images from the template causes the crash. This occurs when trying to edit an image after the site has been created, i.e. I'm trying to edit images in a site I've already built using site sculptor. Any help is appreciated.

I saw a similar problem last week, we resolved the issue by renaming the configuration folder and reinstalling site sculptor and them-it.

To locate the configuration folder see the common installation problems pdf:

That didn't work either. I went through all the steps and even re-installed the extensions. I don't know what to do.
