Constant Reactivation

For some reason, I am getting prompted, randomly to reactivate the CSS Menu Writer, CSS Sculptor, Theme-It etc. This is random and it is getting on my nerves.

I have continuous connectivity to Internet. Dreamweaver CS4 on OS X 10.6.4.

I am a bit concerned if I get crunched on a deadline that I may time out an activation for the day.

I close down DW for a break, come back and go to work in the plug-in and it wants to reactivate.

Anyone else having these issues?

Yes, same here. Happens with all my webassist applications. The worst thing is that I am unable to use them if there is no internet connection available, like when I am out traveling etc.

We discovered that this can occur on a Macintosh computer where there is only one user set up. We are not sure exactly why, but if there is only one user set up on the computer, the activation will not "stick" in some instances.

If you are on a Macintosh, try creating another system user, you don't need to login using the new user account, just having it created should allow the activation to stick.

When you first start the extension, it will need to connect to the internet to double check the activation. the activation will not need to be checked until you close then restart Dreamweaver.
