Can't get universal email working

Can't get universal email working

I bought the form builder and the universal email extensions and have been going nuts trying to get it to work. I have what I think is a good form which I want to have people post info to. And I inserted the email stuff. It seems to be done correctly but it just doesn't do anything when I submit it. HELP. I need this feature working by September 1 if possible. I'm sure I am just not understanding something correctly. Like just how would it actually send the email?
Thanks for your support
