PayPal In Powerstore

Not sure what is causing the problem. Click on PayPal Express button. It takes me right to checkout_failure page. Click on submit order if I am processing cc on my website takes me right to checkout_failure page. Any ideas why it is not going to PayPal.
In global settings,
$WAGLOBAL_Test_Mode = false; which is what it should be if I am not testing.
all paypal info is correct.

Thanks
Scott

Paypal info must not be correct. That is literally all that could be wrong if you didn't adjust the code by hand.

Your username/password or security key must not be valid in the globals.

everything is correct. Copy and pasted that information from my working version of eCart. Why does it not go to pp_checkout_failure. it does not even go to the paypal site when hitting the paypal express button. It did process the credit card using the local checkout but still went to the the checkout_failure page.

The only possible reason for it to fail before even showing the paypal web site with express checkout is if the username password or security key are incorrect.

If you have eCart you can add the failure bindings to your failure page to see the error number and error description from paypal to verify that.

I have discovered that the UPS server behavior is causing the problem. I went back the original checkout.php page and it worked fine going to PayPal. As soon as I installed the UPS server behavior the PayPal button would send it right to the checkout_failure page. I am assuming then that the UPS server behavior is being inserted in to the wrong section in the code?

Thanks

The UPS server behavior should be on the confirm page and the pp_confirm page. It shouldn't be on the checkout page at all.

I am getting there. Paypal express button works now and order goes through no problem after I took the UPS server behavior off the checkout page and applied to confirm page.

Now the only problem is the processing the cc on my website. The charge goes through to paypal and it is in the paypal account but the page goes to the checkout_failure and no email is sent.

Any ideas on what I should try now.

Thanks for your Help Ray.

Try adding the error messages from UPS... that might tell you why it is sending to the failed page and allow you to correct the problem.

Mabe remove UPS and get everything working without it and add it back at the end so you can tell where things are going wrong.
