One package for the entire order :: UPS Shipping issue

Hello, hope you can help me out here.
This is my scenario. I have a product that when shipping alone gives me the right shipping cost in eCart and UPS site (Calculate Time and Cost page). Now, when I add two items of the same product, eCart displays exactly the double of what UPS tells me. I guess the option that I have selected (One package for the entire order) is not being applied.
I have check the eCart UPS Shipping server behavior and I see the option "One package for the entire order" selected.

Maybe this little test I did might help:

Example with a product of 5lbs.
UPS always counts 1 package, so when I purchase 5 items from my site using eCart UPS will be reading it as 1 package and so should eCart, but that's not the case sadly.

Case 1)
eCart: 1 item / 5lbs. / Ground / 8.07 USD PERFECT!!
UPS site: 1 item / 5lbs. / Ground / 8.07 USD PERFECT!!

Case 2)
eCart: 2 items / 5lbs. / Ground / 20.08 USD
UPS site: 1 items / 10lbs. / Ground / 10.04 USD

Case 3)
eCart: 3 items / 5lbs. / Ground / 40.23 USD
UPS site: 1 items / 15lbs. / Ground / 13.41 USD

What could be possible be happening here? Any clue?
Is there a way to check that the selected options was really selected? I have attached my confirm.php page, please let me know if I should provide more information.

you do have it set properly to use 1 package for the entire order, but you are overriding that by seting the quantity to use the cart quantity.

change:
$Shipping_PackageArray[$Shipping_PackageIndex]["Quantity"] = "".WA_eCart_FormatNumber($eCart1->DisplayInfo('Quantity'), true, 1) ."";

to:
$Shipping_PackageArray[$Shipping_PackageIndex]["Quantity"] = "1";
