Explorer Droping shipping costs to authorize.net

Hello,

Is anyone else having the following issue? My shipping quotes all show up on my confirmation page correctly. When I submit my order the price does not show up in authorize.net. This happens only when I use explorer on vista. It is fine with firefox (pc/mac) and safari.

The site is at 24sevenpet.com

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would have to look at the code on top of the confirm page. My guess is that it is somehow reset.

Ray,

Would it reset for explorer only? When I use firefox the shipping cost shows up at auth.net, but not explorer.

Not sure how or why, but it appears it is. Really the browser should never have anything to do with it because the code is server side, but it sounds like something must be going wrong somehow, but i can only guess without looking at your files and debugging.
